There are always those nomads who take to the scene with little more than a dream and trying to build a house with it. There are those who succeed in doing so and become something of a myth or legend; then there are those with nothing more than a guitar and a song to sing. Of all of these Warren Muzak is probably that guy with a guitar, but without a song to sing. Not to say that he doesn't sing, he does, he even writes his own songs, they just don't reach the level of creativity that one would expect from a budding, ambitious artist. His voice is less than appealing too; at first it is somewhat charming, like a deserted cowboy, then it just falls into bar-room spotlight singer; while everyone is ordering their tabs. Although Warren epitomizes that local talent whom everyone supports, politely, I can't see him excelling into the field of rock and roll with the material he presents on Ssstripper.
