"Munich Loves You" is the title track of none other than the Munich televised games during the 2006 FIFA World Cup. The song itself is a very polished soaring techno and rock meeting. The song has those ultra-airy keyboard strings, a rhythm of acoustic guitars, and then a rollicking electric guitar and tickling synth for the chorus. It's greatly catchy and with words such as "Munich loves you / Shining on you" I can't see how you can't be put in a happy mood once you listen to it. On this single though there is two other stand out tracks which whet the palette for Mars Mobil's upcoming album. The first is "Magnetizing", a soft and psychedelic funk/techno with a distinct undercurrent of 70's rock and roll as well as a big drum beat in the background. The second is "Supersonic Mind", a smooth electric eel of vibes, weaving in and out of each other to make a tight lattice-work of mellow electronica. If no-one else loves you Munich will. This is certainly a release to look out for in the future.
