With a name like The Coffin Lids and song titles like "Tonight You're Going To Die In My Garage", you better be hardcore. I guess The Coffin Lids didn't get the memo. But who cares? The Coffins Lids offer one of the most fun albums I've heard in a while. It doesn't hurt that they have some serious musical talent as well, a classic garage band with surf/punk influences that have Frankenstein on the brain. They're the best band that's never played at your Halloween Party, but you'll wish they did. The tracks are short, little balls full of energy, an exuberant burst of danceable music that just puts you in a ready to party mood. Outrageous!
