Usually when you rage against the machine, you actually have some rage, but not if you're Ahleuchatistas I guess. For their third album, the band seems to have taken their unique instrumental stylings and turned them on to the power elite (read: establishment) of the United States and the modern west. Songs range from "Remember Rumsfeld at Abu Ghraib" and "Shell In Ogoniland" to "Sherman's March" and "Ho Chi Minh's Gonna Win!" It's funny how knowing the song titles, and the current events that inspire them, allows you to hear the band's "voice" even though there are no lyrics. Even without the political subtext though, this really is just great, fun music.
