So I put on this album and I'm hit with a wall of sound that's a deafening mish-mash of thunderous guitars and incomprehensible screaming lyrics. This album is not really my personal taste but I think metal fans will be easily impressed by Ion Dissonance melodic chaos. (Incidentally, Ion Dissonance is the name of a band, not a guy's name misspelled. It's a quintet to be precise.) The surprising part of the album is that Ion Dissonance manages to keep up the same energetic pace throughout the balance of the ten song album. Again, not my cup of tea, but I can't deny that this band bears some serious musical chops.
