To say that I'm not entirely sure what this is would be something of an understatement. What I do know however is that I like it. Coulier's odd mix of rock/punk/jazz works surprisingly well. Sometimes the music is so harmoniously well timed and other times it's a frantic collection of rock sounds. Adding to the confounding nature of the album is the way the tracks can start out one way yet end in a totally different place. The album's experimental, yet never dull. The guitar sometimes comes across as schizophrenic, but hey, that's another part of the music's charm. This disc needs to be listened to to be believed. Please let a follow-up be not too far off in the future.
