By All Over The Map they meant just the US and Nordic Europe, but if you're looking for a proverbial buffet of hardcore jams one need not look any further. Let's begin with Dan Dare from the Netherlands, who proves with "One By One" that a lot of European metal bands confuse screaming with talent. Dare is followed by the more subtle talents of Texas' Ruxpin, who's punk influenced metal number "B.P.R." is short and sweet. Speaking of punk, we get Knowital from New Mexico, their song "Guilty Party" marked a refreshing change from the gloom and doom. Following in Sid Vicious' footsteps is the Malones, who's energetic burst of music was gone before I knew it. Around track seven we finally get a politically-minded ditty from Sweden's Planet Trash with "USA (War Sponsor)".

Also included on this compilation is Laughing Stock and Manchurian Candidates, whom have been commented on in other recent reviews. Although I didn't enjoy all the selections on this disc, in my humble opinion the good far outweighed the bad. A nice hand shake introduction to some bands that you may not have heard of.
