Finally! That's what I have to say.
After pushing back the release of this disc since June 2006 Good Charlotte is finally able to bring Good Morning Revival to the table. The exaltation of misery is an old concept and seems to be getting old, but Good Charlotte delivers it with passion and catchy tunes rendered by their guitars and the vocals of lead singer Joel Madden. Good Charlotte has come a long way since being inspired by a Beastie Boys concert on the III Communications Tour. The boys moved to Annapolis, Maryland, where they eventually got signed with Epic Records after working menial jobs while playing clubs, hoping for that big break. Since it has come, Joel and his twin brother Benji have been riding the wave of success in the music industry. Originally, Good Morning Revival was scheduled for release June 2006, then October, and then February 2007. The record finally made its way to the airwaves March 27/07. “Keep Your Hands Off My Girl” was posted on their MySpace as of September 22 / 2006. Either way, the album has been released now and is out there on the Epic label.”Keep Your Hands Off My Girl” was released as the first single in the U.K. Their tour has begun, and the band was recently at Much Music in Toronto showcasing their stuff. After the long awaited release of Good Morning Revival, Good Charlotte can finally breathe a sigh of relief themselves.
