Though this masterful compilation was released back in 2006, it is something definitely worth being reflected on for the public to read about. These rockers do not get enough well deserved attention for the rock and roll music that they are capable of. This album tops many other new releases out there with the perfection of the guitar riffs along with the poetic and grasping lyrics.

One song that made me just want to hear more was Run Home. The entire song from the guitar riffs to the perfect drum beats. The timing was perfect and the lyrics brilliant.

Priestess was formed in Montreal Quebec back in 2003 by Mikey Heppner who is the forefront vocals and guitar, Mike Dyball who plays bass, Vince Nudo who is also on vocals and drums, and of course Dan Watchorn who also does vocals and guitar. The music can be categorised as heavy rock or stoner rock and some songs even bridge the gap of heavy metal.

The songs on this album have certainly seen some success in the video game industry. No Real Pain was featured on the soundtrack for the videogame Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam, and Lay Down is a playable master track for the video game Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. These are just a couple of the featured songs in various videogames.
